OverviewThe Quality Information & Process Control Application is a custom web based solution used to automate the Quality Control processes. The solution aims at optimizing and enabling the QA Department’s processes to be more effective, and to provide tighter control over information flow. The solution is deployed over local intranet.
Objectives- Decrease data variation derived from Quality processes.
- Establish a system to generate performance indexes.
- Ability to have a centralized document creation and controlling system.
- Increase communication within departments by utilizing the centralized document system.
- Allow real time process information to be systematically distributed to reduce communication lead times
- Establish a Quality Process control system which can be utilized by all / select Asian operations
